Christmas gifts for a nearly 4 year old and 1 and a half year old boys

It’s hard to believe September is nearly over, and my mental Christmas list is being formed in my head. This year I’m hoping to start buying in October… but even if it’s November I’ll call it a win.

To put together this list, I’ve been seeing all these fab toys pop-up in my newsfeed and I instantly knew my boys would love these presents.

I’ve got two boys, Conrad who’ll be nearly four by the time Christmas rolls round, and Charlie who will be one and a half.

This year, I’ve decided to buy three big gifts each which will all have a special place in our newly fitted out playroom.

In a bid to boost small business five of these gifts are from smaller based online retailers, and then no doubt, my husband will get the Christmas bug on Christmas Eve and head down Big W to fill the sack with a bit of this and that.

Now, it's the moment you've been waiting for, introducing my Christmas shopping list.

Conrad’s present list - A nearly 4 year old boy

Connetix tiles - $159.99
How have these only been appearing in my Insta feed for the last few months… So here we go, with at Lucas loves cars for a 100 piece set of Connetix Tiles magic.

IKEA Kitchen - $129
I thought I was going to purchase a play kitchen last year, but I went for the tool workbench instead. Although it has had some play, EVERY time we go to a playroom that has a kitchen, Conrad is all over it, it’s the first thing he touches, so this year, it’s an IKEA play kitchen at our house.

3 board tracing pack- $56.95
Conrad starts kindy next year and he is starting to love drawing. I came across these nifty tracing boards from My Luxe Eve, so you can keep writing again and again, cause practice makes perfect.

Charlie’s present list - One and a half year old boy

Triangle climb frame - $260
It’s no secret that I love colour, so when I saw @thinkandplay_melb folding triangle in colour I knew this would be a must for Charlie. He loves climbing, and so does his brother, so I’m confident this pikler is going to get loads of use.

Sensory kit - $35
Charlie seems to love anything sensory, playing in sand and tipping it from bucket to bucket so 2022 needs to be about more sensory play, and the Grains Farmhouse kit  from The Wonders We Create is getting the tick from me!

Little Love Music Set - $98.95
Dancing to the wiggles is a big thing in our house, and we have a lack of musical instrument, so let’s turn up the volume with a beautiful set of wooden music making instruments from Love Note Co. Just so sweet!

And that's the big gifts sorted, now to add them in the family budget.

Hope you guys all have a great Christmas and this list brings you some gift inspiration.
